Although we offer a wide range of leather goods for men and women, we are also committed to tailoring items to our clients’ individualized tastes. Minku customization options traditionally include colour of leather and lining, pockets (number, positioning and type), hardware tones (gold, silver, aged-gold or 22kt gold-plated), bag size, reinforcement /padding (e.g. for electronic gadgetry) and extra carry handles or shoulder straps.

process
I send a lot of pictures back-and-forth and incorporate your opinion at different stages, to make sure you’re part of the process and there are few or no surprises at the end. Sorry if you like surprises.
Orders are generally ready from two days to two weeks after a deposit has been received.
pricing
For customizations, I include a flat customization fee of 7%. It can go up if you would like to customize an item with more extensive bells and whistles than the usual (eg if you would like gold-plated hardware or six zipped compartments), and you will be advised of this in the initial stages.
